Budget analysis – where is the money coming from. Who are the higher-level stakeholders and what do they want to see from their investment.
Solution selection
From the latest information as provided by vendors such as CMS Watch we can select two or three contenders and match them to the analysis of your requirements. Usually at this stage the total budget for each of the routes can be estimated.
Report
We appreciate that before you can move forward you need something firm to show your stakeholders and so we collaborate with you to produce a report with costed recommendations and outline timescales for the next steps.
